Break/Fix Services definition

Break/Fix Services means services that:
Break/Fix Services means the device repair or exchange services described in the DOS or SOW, as applicable.
Break/Fix Services are the Core Application Services for the diagnosis and repair of application and database related failures for Supported Software and Developed Software.

  • In general, Supplier CSRs will perform preventative maintenance throughout the Year while at Covered Locations to perform On-site Break/Fix Services.

  • The type of Maintenance Services for which Gap has subscribed hereunder entitles Gap to specify the Priority Response Level it requires for On-site Break/Fix Services on a Service Request by Service Request basis, based on the nature and severity of the reported Problem.

  • Within the first * of the Term of this Attachment A, Gap and IBM will develop and agree to implement a joint technical call screening process (for Covered Machines other than *) intended to enhance the effectiveness of the problem determination process, with the objective of reducing the number of instances in which an IBM CSR is dispatched unnecessarily to perform On-site Break/Fix Services (the “Technical Call Screening Process”).

  • If Company will be providing repair services ("Break/Fix Services") as a QSP, then Company shall purchase and keep in stock sufficient spare parts inventory to meet the Break/Fix Service level requirements as outlined in Company's Service Level Agreement with its customer.

  • If Gap Store Support requires technical support from IBM to assist in resolving a reported problem or determines that On-site Break/Fix Services will be necessary to resolve the problem, Gap Store Support will place a Service Request to IBM indicating the Priority Response Level requested.

  • In general, IBM CSRs will perform preventative maintenance throughout the Year while at Covered Locations to perform On-site Break/Fix Services.

Related to Break/Fix Services

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract, such as transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor's Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre- commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc…as the case may require.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.
