Breach Party definition

Examples of Breach Party in a sentence

  • Failure by either Party (the "Breaching Party") to comply with any of the material obligations contained in this Agreement shall entitle the other Party (the "Non-breaching Party") to give to the Breach Party notice specifying the nature of the breach and requiring it to cure such breach.
