Breach Order definition
Breach Order means an Order which breaches the Trading Limit. “Initial Term” has the meaning given to it in Clause 10.1 of this Schedule C. “Interests” means the shares, units and other interests of the Investment Funds in which the Customer invests or proposes to invest.
Breach Order has the meaning as provided in Section 6.
