Breach Condition definition

Breach Condition means a material breach of this Agreement by Amyris for which Lavvan has provided notice in accordance with Section 10.3.

Examples of Breach Condition in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the above, the Contractor shall not be relieved of liability to the State for damages sustained by virtue of any Breach Condition and the State may seek other remedies allowed at law or in equity for breach of this Contract.

  • Notwithstanding the above, the Grantee shall not be relieved of liability to the State for damages sustained by virtue of any Breach Condition and the State may seek other remedies allowed at law or in equity for breach of this Grant Contract.

  • Notwithstanding the above, the Operating Agency shall not be relived of liability to the City for damages sustained by virtue of any Breach Condition and the City may seek other remedies allowed at law or in equity for breach of this Grant Contract.

  • Notwithstanding the above, the Community Rehabilitation Provider shall not be relieved of liability to the State for damages sustained by virtue of any Breach Condition and the State may seek other remedies allowed at law or in equity for breach of this Agreement.

  • If within thirty (30) days of notice, the Breaching Party has not cured the Breach Condition, the Non-breaching Party may terminate the Agreement.

  • For so long as any Subject Vessel Financing Facility remains outstanding, the covenant contained in the preceding sentence shall be deemed not to have been breached at any time unless the Financial Covenant Breach Condition has been fulfilled.

  • If the Contractor fails to properly perform its obligations under this Grant Contract in a timely or proper manner, or if the Contractor violates any terms of this Grant Contract ("Breach Condition"), FTDD shall have the right to immediately terminate the Grant Contract and withhold payments in excess of compensation for completed services or provided goods.
