BRE Expenses definition
BRE Expenses means BRE's actual out-of-pocket expenses in connection with the negotiation, preparation, and execution of this Agreement and obtaining approval of its Board of Directors and stockholders for the transactions contemplated herein, up to a maximum of $250,000.
