BRC's Property definition
BRC's Property means the land upon which the Bayway Refinery is located, as described more particularly in Article 1 and Exhibit A of the Ground Lease Agreement.

At any time BRC may sell or transfer all or any part of the Bayway Refinery or BRC's Property to any Affiliate of BRC or any third party.
