BRCS definition

BRCS means BRCS (Building Control) Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 03194795 with
BRCS means The British Red Cross Society registered charity number 220949 in England and Wales and number SC037738 in Scotland, incorporated by Royal Charter under the laws of England and Wales and having its registered office at 44 Moorfields London EC2Y 9AL.

Examples of BRCS in a sentence

  • The Client shall have a licence to use the Documents for any purpose connected with the Project provided that BRCS shall not be liable for the use of any of the Documents for any purpose other than that for which they were prepared.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, BRCS shall not be in breach of this Agreement and shall have no liability under or in connection with this Agreement as a result of i) any act, omission, or default ii) any failure to perform the Services in accordance with this Agreement and/or iii) any prolongation or delay to the Services, to the extent it is caused or contributed to by any Force Majeure.

  • If BRCS is appointed on behalf of the person carrying out the Works, the person carrying out the Works shall be informed of BRCS’s appointment.

  • The intellectual property rights in all documents produced by BRCS under this Agreement (Documents) shall vest or remain vested in BRCS.

  • The Client and BRCS can give notice to each other in writing under this Agreement by personal delivery.

  • In the event of a workers' compensation claim due to an assault upon a unit member in the course of the reasonable discharge of his/her duties, such assault by other than a BRCS employee, if such assault is compensable under the workers' compensation program, then up to thirty days full pay within the normal school year shall be allowed without deduction from the teacher's accumulated sick leave.

  • After the closing of the proposed transaction or affiliation among BRCS and one or more of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Methodist Health System, Presbyterian Healthcare Resources and Arlington Memorial Hospital Foundation, Inc., BHCS and all Southwest Health System Entities (other than existing Restricted Affiliates of BHCS as of the date of these Regulations) will not be subject to this Article XVI.
