BRCC Facility means the Amended and Restated Secured Promissory Note, with an effective date of November 17, 2021 and an amendment and restatement date of December 7, 2021 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified through the date hereof) pursuant to which B. ▇▇▇▇▇ Commercial Capital, LLC made certain loans to GP 2XCV LLC.
