The Settlement Administrator shall examine the Claim Form before designating the Claim as a Valid Claim to determine that the information on the Claim Form is reasonably complete and contains sufficient information to enable the electronic delivery of a Cash Payment, or the activation of the Brazzers Subscription for those Settlement Class Members who elect the Subscription Benefit.
