Branding Rights definition

Branding Rights means the right to sell or otherwise make available advertising or branding opportunities whether at the Venues or otherwise (including on online platforms and social media), by any means, including, without limitation:
Branding Rights means the Lessor’s or its agent’s exclusive right to designate the brands and products sold at the Premises, except as otherwise herein provided.
