Branded Items definition

Branded Items means supplies and materials that bear any of the Licensed Marks.

  • Department shall pay a $50.00 fee in case of loss, damage or repair to Branded Items.

  • Within thirty (30) days after the effective date of termination, Event owner must dispose of its remaining inventory of Branded Items in accordance with Company’s directions, which may include returning such inventory to Company.

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • System Revenues means all rates, rents, fees, charges,

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • Customer-formula feed means commercial feed that consists of a mixture of commercial feeds or feed ingredients, each batch of which is manufactured according to the specific instructions of the final purchaser or purchaser's agent.

  • Customer List means a list of the Borrower’s customers, specifying each customer’s name, mailing address and phone number.
