Branded Items definition
Branded Items means supplies and materials that bear any of the Licensed Marks.
Examples of Branded Items in a sentence
Department shall pay a $50.00 fee in case of loss, damage or repair to Branded Items.
Within thirty (30) days after the effective date of termination, Event owner must dispose of its remaining inventory of Branded Items in accordance with Company’s directions, which may include returning such inventory to Company.
Should items be available for requested date (s), this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and remain in full force and effect until Branded Items are returned to Owner.
Department shall return Branded Items on the date specified in Section 1 in the same condition as Department received it.
