Branded Content definition

Branded Content means content created by or supplied to Publisher’s custom media team that carries and promotes the Customer’s Marks, meets the Publisher’s Guidelines for Branded Content and is published, reproduced or inserted in or on any Journal, Promotional Campaign, or Digital Format pursuant to a Branded Content Order;
Branded Content. Bargaining unit employees who will receive a byline for written work or appear in a podcast or video shall not be required to write content or appear in a podcast or video for which an advertiser or sponsor has the authority to alter the editorial content in the published work.
Branded Content means any production that promotes and/or integrates products and/or services of a corporate brand/entity.

  • DIT hereby grants to SINA during the Term a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license under all of DIT 's intellectual property rights to use, modify, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, transmit and translate the DIT Marks (as defined below), the Content or any other materials provided by DIT during the term of this Agreement in connection with the Co-Branded Content on SINA's site and in connection with the promotion and marketing of the Co Branded Content.

  • AOL may terminate SpeechWorks' right and obligation to resell AOL Branded Content if the SpeechWorks Software materially underperforms competitors in terms of features, accuracy, response time and efficiency.

  • The right, title and interest in and to the Company-Skype Branded Content shall be owned by Skype to the extent made up of the Skype Rights which have been integrated into the Company-Skype Branded Content, and by the Online Group to the extent made up of the Group Rights which have been integrated into the Company-Skype Branded Content.

  • All Intellectual Property Rights in the Branded Content shall remain vested in the Brand.

Branded Content means commercial content created for, and distributed on, a platform in a manner that causes the difference between entertainment and advertising to become unclear for purposes of generating a positive view of the brand.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.

  • User Generated Content means content in any format, including graphics, text, or voice content, which originates from end users or Customers and is published through or as part of the App.

  • Imported content means that portion of the bidding price represented by the cost of components, parts or materials which have been or are still to be imported (whether by the supplier or his subcontractors) and which costs are inclusive of the costs abroad, plus freight and other direct importation costs such as landing costs, dock dues, import duty, sales duty or other similar tax or duty at the South African place of entry as well as transportation and handling charges to the factory in the Republic where the supplies covered by the bid will be manufactured.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.
