Brand Framework comprises of the Principles of Usage, Group Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and the Quality Standards of Business, as provided in detail in Clause 8.

For the avoidance of doubt, and except as expressly set out in this Paragraph 10, this Paragraph 10 shall have no effect on, and shall not waive, alter, amend, or replace, any other provision of the Brand Framework Agreement.
