Brand Elements definition

Brand Elements means the trademarks, service marks, names, logos, marketing collateral or similar materials provided by a AccuKnox for use under this Agreement.
Brand Elements means a party’s trademarks, service marks, names, and logos. Brand Elements also include works of authorship such as marketing materials, images, documentation, collateral, or case studies that a party provides to the other party for use in connection with this Agreement.
Brand Elements has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.2.

  • Partner will promptly cease any problematic use of the Brand Elements upon Abnormal request.

  • Except for Partner’s use rights in these Terms, Abnormal or its suppliers retain all right, title and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in and to the Service and its Brand Elements (including all goodwill arising from their use).

  • Partner will not register, or attempt to register, any trademark or domain name using or similar to any Brand Elements, and if Partner has, Partner agrees to immediately effect transfer of such domain name to Abnormal without charge.

  • Partner will not acquire any rights of ownership to any Brand Elements.

  • During the Term, subject to these Terms, Abnormal grants Partner the right to use and display its Brand Elements solely to identify the Parties relationship under this Agreement to Customer as set forth in Section 6.3 (Approvals and Usage Limits).

  • Upon termination of these Terms, Partner will cease its usage of the Brand Elements.

  • Partner will not engage in any deceptive, misleading, illegal or unethical practices, including any misuse of the Brand Elements, and will comply with all applicable Laws in its performance of this Agreement, including Anti- Corruption Laws, and will not give, offer or promise any item of value to any official, person or entity in violation of any Anti-Corruption Laws.

Brand Elements means the trademarks, service marks, logos, colours and other distinctive brand features of TourScanner.
Brand Elements means the corporate name, trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, indications of origin, trade dress, and other distinctive or proprietary descriptions of Supplier’s products and/or services.

Related to Brand Elements

  • Brand means the brand name set forth in the Addendum.

  • Sponsorship means the sponsorship element of the Package as set out in the Application Form; and

  • Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.
