Brand Elements definition

Brand Elements has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.2.
Brand Elements means a party’s trademarks, service marks, names, and logos. Brand Elements also include works of authorship such as marketing materials, images, documentation, collateral, or case studies that a party provides to the other party for use in connection with this Agreement.
Brand Elements means the trademarks, service marks, names, logos, marketing collateral or similar materials provided by a AccuKnox for use under this Agreement.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Brand means the brand name set forth in the Addendum.

  • Sponsorship means the sponsorship element of the Package as set out in the Application Form; and

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Retail tobacco store means a retail store utilized primarily for the sale of tobacco products and accessories and in which the sale of other products is merely incidental.

  • Youth ’ means an individual between the ages of 18 and 35.

  • Outreach Services has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(5) hereof and Exhibit B hereto.
