Brand Contracts definition

Brand Contracts has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(d).

  • Other than this Agreement, the Gaiam-FFL APA, and the Collateral Agreements to which the Company is a party, the Company is not a party to any contract or agreement other than the Contribution Agreement and the Brand Contracts (as defined in the Contribution Agreement).

  • The Association agrees to extend to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, a credit in an amount equivalent to thirty four million two hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 34,200,000) (variously, “Credit” and “Financing”) to assist in financing the project described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Project”).
