Branch Access definition

Branch Access means the proposal under which RBS (or one of its subsidiaries, being The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, National Westminster Bank plc or ▇▇▇▇ & Company plc) would offer to provide cash and cheque handling services in certain of its RBS and NatWest-branded branches in England, Scotland and Wales to Transferring Target Customers on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in an Inter-Bank Agency Deed;

Examples of Branch Access in a sentence

  • Pave the parking lots at both the Big Choga and Rocky Branch Access Areas.

  • Work with the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission (NCWRC), the USFS and the United States Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) to evaluate wildlife viewing opportunities at the following locations: (1) Big Choga Access Area, (2) Rocky Branch Access Area, or (3) property owned by the USFS adjoining the lake.

  • You authorize us to obtain any information deemed necessary to process your request for access to Virtual Branch Access.

  • After your phone has been activated, you will use your Personal Branch Access ID and Passcode to access your accounts.

  • If at that time, you choose to discontinue using Virtual Branch Access, you must notify us in writing.

  • We can also terminate this Agreement and revoke access to Virtual Branch Access at any time.

  • The website offers three levels of access:  Access level 1 - Owner Access: Allows a user to see all loans in the company pipeline  Access level 2 - Branch Access: Allows a user to see all files from a single branch office  Access level 3 - Loan Officer Access: Allows a user to see only his or her own files Branch Individual’s Name (first and last) E Mail Address NMLS ID Access Level Required If more room is needed for additional users, please attach additional information to this form.

  • Currently there is no monthly service fee for using Virtual Branch Access; however, we may implement a fee as required by applicable federal and/or state regulations and in such case, we will notify you as soon as practicable.
