BQS definition

BQS means bus queue shelters constructed at AICTSL bus stops.

  • The Concession hereby granted is for a period of ten years (10) years which can be further extendable for next five years (5) years commencing from the Handing Over Date for each BQS Group during which the Concessionaire is authorised to implement the Project and to operate Project Facilities in accordance with the provisions hereof (hereinafter referred to as the “Concession Period”).

  • Product Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.
