BPS System definition
BPS System means HESA's buried cable intruder detection system, as the same may be improved or enhanced from time to time.

HESA's obligation under this warranty shall be to replace or repair, at its option and expense, any BPS System manufactured by or for the benefit of HESA.
HESA agrees that in either of such events, it will deliver to TVX all HESA Technology for the purpose of enabling TVX (i) to manufacture the BPS System under this Section 6 and (ii) to provide support to End-Users.
