BPLC definition

BPLC means Buckeye Pipe Line Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, formerly a Delaware corporation.
BPLC means Barclays PLC, a public limited company registered in England and Wales with registered number 48839;

  • Any assignment, encumbrance, pledge, hypothecation or transfer of Units, whether voluntary, involuntary or by operation of law, to which the Sponsor does not consent, and for which the Sponsor’s consent was required pursuant to the previous sentence, shall result in the Units so assigned, encumbered, pledged, hypothecated or otherwise transferred being mandatorily redeemed as of the end of the month during which such purported assignment, encumbrance, pledge, hypothecation or transfer occurred.

  • Employees of Glenmoor may also serve as officers of the General Partner and BPLC, as they may be duly elected from time to time by the boards of directors of the General Partner and BPLC, respectively.

  • Glenmoor agrees to perform such services under the supervision and control of the boards of directors of the General Partner and BPLC.

  • Recovery of the product from a stainless steel surface and evaluation of cleaning are monitored by TOC (Total Organic Carbon) analysis which, while lacking the specificity of methods such as BPLC, compensates by virtue of its sensitivity.

  • The General Partner and BPLC hereby appoint Glenmoor as managing agent, and Glenmoor accepts its appointment by the General Partner and BPLC, to manage the business and affairs of the General Partner and BPLC in the manner which Glenmoor deems appropriate and to perform all management functions previously performed by Glenmoor Partners.

  • Each of the Seller, BLC, BPLC and BCLtd has all requisite limited liability company or corporate power and authority to own, lease and operate its properties and to carry on its business as now being conducted.
