Examples of BPI Group in a sentence

  • Should there be a need of reversal or in the event of miscredit or excess payment, the Company is hereby expressly authorized to debit or cause the debit of the Customer’s Settlement Account or any of the Customer’s accounts with the Company, any member of the BPI Group or the custodian and/or sell or liquidate any securities or investments in the Customer’s Account with the Company or any member of the BPI Group or the custodian.

  • The Customer may from time to time supply to the Company and the BPI Group data in connection with the Account.

  • The foregoing constitutes my express consent under the applicable confidentiality and data privacy laws of the Philippines and other jurisdiction and agree to hold the Insurer, the Insurer Representatives, each member of the BPI Group of Companies and the Relevant Parties, free and harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages and suits of whatever kind and nature, that may arise in connection with the implementation and compliance with the authorization conferred by me hereunder.

  • The Customer hereby authorizes the Company to debit the Late Payment Administrative Fee directly from the Portfolio or the Settlement/Cash Account with the BPI Group or any Deposit as defined below.
