BPEC definition

BPEC means BP Energy Company, a Delaware corporation.
BPEC means Banque Populaire d’Epargne et de Crédit, a Togolese commercial bank incorporated on January 2, 2008, following the restructuring of Caisse d’Epargne du Togo (CET) and registered under the WAMU Banking Law of 1990 as a limited company under the number T 0151 Y.
BPEC has the meaning assigned to the term in Section 3.10.
