BPEA Fund means BPEA Private Equity Fund VI, L.P.1, BPEA Private Equity Fund VI, L.P.2 and BPEA Private Equity Fund VI Co-Investment L.P., and any of their respective successors and assigns, including any successor by way of amalgamation, merger, arrangement or other reorganization.
