BPB Liquidity Reserve Amount definition
BPB Liquidity Reserve Amount means on the Issue Date and on any Payment Date thereafter prior to the delivery of a Trigger Notice, Euro 11,854,867.23, provided that the BPB Liquidity Reserve Amount will be equal to 0 (zero) on the earlier of (i) the Final Maturity Date, (ii) the Final Redemption Date and (iii) the Payment Date on which the Class A1 Notes are redeemed in full.
BPB Liquidity Reserve Amount means, with reference to any Payment Date prior to the delivery of a Trigger Notice, an amount equal to the higher between (a) 3% of the Principal Amount Outstanding of the Class A1 Notes and the Class B1 Notes (before payments to be made on such Payment Date in accordance with the applicable Order of Priority); and (b) 0.5% of the Principal Amount Outstanding of the Class A1 Notes and the Class B1 Notes as at the Issue Date, provided that the BPB Liquidity Reserve Amount will be equal to 0 (zero) on the earlier of (i) the Final Maturity Date, (ii) the Final Redemption Date and (iii) the Payment Date on which the Rated Notes are redeemed in full.
