BPAM definition

BPAM means any Badan Pengelola Air Minum, a water supply entity at the regional level, established pursuant to the provisions of the Borrower’s Presidential Decree No. 29 of 1984 and Decree No. 269/KPTS/1984 of the Borrower’s Ministry of Public Works, as any of the same may be amended from time to time;
BPAM means Brookfield Power US Asset Management LLC. “BPUSHA” means Brookfield Power US Holding America Co. “BRELP” means Brookfield Renewable Energy L.P.
