BPA permit or “permit” means the document the department issues to an approved business p artner applicant bearing the applicant’s name, date of issuance, expiration date, the signature of the authorized department representative, the word “permit”, and any other relevant information. an Authorized Business Partner Permit, REG 4027 (Rev. 6/2002) that has been issued to a business partner pursuant to these regulations.
