This Article VI, the representations and warranties contained in Section 2.1.3 (Corporate Authority; Approval and Fairness), the agreements of BP Amoco and ARCO contained in Section 3.7 (Publicity), Section 3.9 (Expenses), Section 5.5 (Effect of Termination and Abandonment), and the last sentence of Section 3.6 (Access) shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
