Box means a packaging with complete rectangular or polygonal faces, made of metal, wood, plywood, reconstituted wood, fibreboard, plastics or other suitable material. Small holes for purposes of ease of handling or opening or to meet classification requirements, are permitted as long as they do not compromise the integrity of the packaging during carriage;
Lock Boxes has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
Boxing means the sport of attack and defense using the fist, covered by an approved boxing glove.
Receptacle means a containment vessel for receiving and holding substances or articles, including any means of closing. This definition does not apply to shells (see also "Cryogenic receptacle", "Inner receptacle", "Pressure receptacle", "Rigid inner receptacle" and "Gas cartridge");
ATM means an automated teller machine;
Containers means any ISO standard container(s) with a maximum height of 9’6” including any reefer and/or other special containers, provided they meet ISO standards.
Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.
Checked Baggage means baggage of which the carrier takes sole custody and for which the carrier issues a baggage identification tag.
Boxer means an individual who is licensed to engage in boxing.
Lockboxes has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.
Safe Deposit Boxes means the safe deposit boxes of the Failed Bank, if any, including the removable safe deposit boxes and safe deposit stacks in the Failed Bank's vault(s), all rights and benefits under rental agreements with respect to such safe deposit boxes, and all keys and combinations thereto.
Locations mean one or more of the healthcare or other facilities owned by the Borrower on the Property as identified on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.
Dock means a fixed or floating structure extending from land out over water, including access walkways, terminal platforms, catwalks, mooring pilings, lifts, davits, and other associated water-dependent structures, used for mooring and accessing vessels.
night means the period between the end of evening civil twilight and the beginning of morning civil twilight or such other period between sunset and sunrise as may be prescribed by the appropriate authority, as defined by the Member State.
Baggage means luggage, and personal possessions and travel documents; whether owned, borrowed, or rented, taken by the Insured on the Trip.
Toilet means a disposal apparatus used for urination and defecation, fitted with a seat and flushing device.
Deposit Accounts means any “deposit accounts,” as such term is defined in the UCC, and includes any checking account, savings account, or certificate of deposit.
Vending machine means a self-service device that, upon insertion of a coin, paper currency, token, card, or key, or by optional manual operation, dispenses unit servings of food in bulk or in packages without the necessity of replenishing the device between each vending operation.
Unchecked Baggage means any baggage (carry-on) accompanying the passenger other than checked baggage.
Locked Box Accounts means the unaudited, aggregated balance sheet of the Group as at the Locked Box Date, in the agreed form;
deposits townsite means the townsite to be established on or near the mining areas pursuant to this Agreement;
Overflow means the intentional or unintentional diversion of flow from the collection and transport systems, including pumping facilities.
Billboard means a public display used to advertise, including:
Trash means solids not considered to be highly flammable or explosive including, but not limited to clothing, rags, leather, plastic, rubber, floor coverings, excelsior, tree leaves, yard trimmings and other similar materials.
Daytime means the period between sunrise and sunset.
Checked-In Baggage means the baggage entrusted by the Insured and accepted by a Common Carrier for transportation for which a baggage receipt is issued to the Insured by the Common Carrier. This shall exclude all the items that are carried/ transported under a contract of affreightment.
