Box Seats. definition

Box Seats. means the box seats included as a part of the Facility, as may hereafter be modified or changed from time to time. Prior to completion of the expansion of the Facility as described in Section 2.04(h) hereof, the Facility contains approximately 142 box seats in thirty-one (31) four-seat boxes and three (3) six-seat boxes. Upon completion of expansion of the Facility as described in Section 2.04(h) hereof, the Facility shall contain approximately 166 box seats in thirty-seven (37) four-seat boxes and three (3) six-seat boxes.

  • SMG shall submit copies of all proposed sponsorship agreements for approval that relate to and/or affect the Greek Theatre and/or Franklin’s Market + Cafe, including in-kind, barter and cash sponsorships, (see SECTION 9 “Sponsorships, Box Seats and Premium Seating Sales,” for details).

  • Box Seats: DPAC reserves the right to use at no charge, twenty (20) box seats which are dedicated for use by Corporate donors as part of the City's operating agreement of DPAC.

  • Budgeted Box Seat Sales" shall mean the projected amount of revenue to be received from the sale of Box Seats during a particular Season.

  • Amounts payable to Pavilion pursuant to clauses (a) and (c) above, to the extent that such payments relate to the revenue generated from the sale of Box Seats, shall be payable each Season on the last of each month during that Season, commencing on January 31, out of the proceeds from the sale of Box Seats received during such month.

  • The term "Available Gross Ticket Revenue" shall not include within its definition (x) revenue received from the sale of tickets for Box Seats, (y) Ticket Rebate Revenue or (z) any portion of Season Ticket Revenue which is not allocated to a T & P Event pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.05 hereof.
