Bowie definition

Bowie means Bowie Resources, Limited, a Colorado corporation.
Bowie. The Bowie Investor shall have an option for a period of fifteen (15) days from receipt of the Bowie Qualified Issuance Notice to elect to sell with the Company up to the Bowie Investor’s pro rata portion of the securities to be issued pursuant to the Bowie Qualified Issuance (with respect to the Bowie Investor), to the purchaser(s) named in such Bowie Qualified Issuance, by delivering a written notice to the Company within fifteen (15) days of delivery of the Bowie Qualified Issuance Notice.
