Bounty Fee definition

Bounty Fee means (i) with respect to any Qualified End User who subscribed to the Services on or before the Change Time (as defined below), $* * * and (ii) with respect to any Qualified End User who subscribed to the Services after the Change Time, $* * * , provided that the amount of any Bounty Fee payable to any Qualified End User (i) whose subscription is the result of * * * efforts directed to subscribers to the AOL Service and (ii) who subscribes to any Services at any time after the 120th day after the commencement of such * * * efforts will be one-half (1/2) of the amount set forth in clause (i) or (ii), as the case may be. "Change Time" means the time at which an aggregate of * * * persons or entities shall have subscribed to the Services since the Effective Date and become End Users (and regardless of whether such persons or entities shall then be End Users).
Bounty Fee shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 1 of Exhibit C attached hereto.

Examples of Bounty Fee in a sentence

  • If additional Bounty Fee is due, Providian will pay PayPal the difference.

  • For example, if new Accounts totaled [*] in the first month, [*] in the second month, and [*] in the third month, the quarterly total would equal [*], and the Bounty Fee would be [*] per Active Account for all Active Accounts in the quarter.

  • If there is no subsequent month in which the Bounty Fee will be paid (because the Term is ending), Providian will invoice PayPal, and PayPal will reimburse Providian by check within 15 days following receipt of the invoice.

  • Bounty Fee: A one-time bounty payment of $CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION per qualified User.

  • Royalty Fee means a royalty fee in the amount of $0.00 of Actual Production payable by BC Hydro to the Province for each year of the Term in accordance with Article 6 of the Master Agreement.

  • Entry Fee means the amount of £1295 pounds sterling or another amount as agreed by the Company and paid via an approved payment method, which is inclusive of VAT where applicable;
