Bouncy means the inflatable Bouncy Castle, slide or combo supplied as part of the Equipment defined above which the Owner agrees to hire to the Employer.

Examples of Bouncy in a sentence

  • Please note that all persons using this Bouncy Castle do so at their own risk.

  • This Rental Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the Customer and Bay Bouncy Castle Hire.

  • THE HIRE PERIOD unless otherwise agreed is from delivery until or after at the discretion of Plymouth Bouncy Castles any obstruction by the hirer or their guests causing unnecessary delay will be charged at £35 per hour or part of.

  • No Party Poppers, Coloured streamers or Silly String should be taken, thrown or sprayed onto the equipment, these materials permanently stain the material and the hirer will be liable to compensate Plymouth Bouncy Castles in the event of damage.
