Additional property cover will be required to insure items on loan or on temporary hire (e.g. Bouncy Castles, Disco equipment, clothing for fashion shows, PA/Hi-fi systems etc.) The basic Balance of Risks insurance package does not provide cover unless the items are school property or under long term lease hire (such as a photocopier) and the items are recorded on the school’s inventory.
As the equipment will be in the hirers possession and control whilst in use rather than Plymouth Bouncy Castles, any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with the hirer.
This Rental Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the Customer and Bay Bouncy Castle Hire.
THE HIRE PERIOD unless otherwise agreed is from delivery until or after at the discretion of Plymouth Bouncy Castles any obstruction by the hirer or their guests causing unnecessary delay will be charged at £35 per hour or part of.
No Party Poppers, Coloured streamers or Silly String should be taken, thrown or sprayed onto the equipment, these materials permanently stain the material and the hirer will be liable to compensate Plymouth Bouncy Castles in the event of damage.
