BOS Loans definition

BOS Loans means any loans or advances outstanding under the BOS Agreements.

Examples of BOS Loans in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms and provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement, BOS may exercise its rights with respect to the Collateral without resorting, or regard, to other collateral or sources of reimbursement for the BOS Loans.

  • Agent shall have received evidence satisfactory to Agent that the liens securing the Existing BOS Loans have been released and Agent, Borrower and BOS shall have entered into the Subordination Agreement.
