BoS Documents definition

BoS Documents means this letter, the Security Documents, the ISDA Documents, the Security Trust Deed and all documents ancillary or supplemental to any of them.
BoS Documents means this letter, the Security Documents, any agreement for Working Capital and all documents supplemental to any of them.
BoS Documents means this letter, the Security Documents, the Subordination Agreement and all documents executed by the Group Company supplemental to any of them.

Related to BoS Documents

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:
