Borrowing Fund Allonge definition
Borrowing Fund Allonge means an allonge to the Revolving Note, in the form of Exhibit B to this Agreement, duly completed, whereby a Borrowing Fund executes and delivers the Revolving Note and becomes a maker of the Revolving Note.
