Borrower Enabling Act definition

Borrower Enabling Act means the [“Sewerage Authorities Law”, constituting Chapter 138 of the Pamphlet Laws of 1946 of the State (codified at N.J.S.A. 40:14A-1 et seq.), as the same may from time to time be amended and supplemented] [the “Municipal and County Utilities Authorities Law”, constituting Chapter 183 of the Pamphlet Laws of 1957 of the State (codified at N.J.S.A. 40:14B-1 et seq.), as the same may from time to time be amended and supplemented].
Borrower Enabling Act means the “Local Bond Law”, constituting Chapter 169 of the Pamphlet Laws of 1960 of the State (codified at N.J.S.A. 40A:2-1 et seq.), as the same may from time to time be amended and supplemented, and the “Local Budget Law”, P.L. 1960, c. 169, as amended (N.J.S.A. 40A:4-1 et seq.).
Borrower Enabling Act means, collectively, the “Local Bond Law”, constituting Chapter 169 of the Pamphlet Laws of 1960 of the State (codified at N.J.S.A. 40A:2-1 et seq.), as the same may from time to time be amended and supplemented, and the “Local Budget Law”, P.L. 1960, c. 169, as amended (N.J.S.A. 40A:4-1 et seq.), as the same may from time to time be amended and supplemented.
