Borrower Authorization Forms definition
Borrower Authorization Forms means, collectively, the forms substantially in the form of Exhibit G attached hereto to be delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.1(k), as the same may be amended, restated or modified from time to time with the prior written approval of the Administrative Agent.
