Borrower Authorization definition

Borrower Authorization means a written authorization and direction on a form that is reasonably acceptable to the Lender, duly signed by Borrower, pursuant to which, in addition to such other things as Lender may reasonably require, (a) Borrower identifies and authorizes the individual or individuals who, acting alone, may act on behalf of Borrower pursuant to the Loan Documents; and (b) Borrower identifies the deposit account of Borrower into which the loan proceeds are to be deposited and provides the wire transfer instructions and other information for such deposit as Lender may require. Each Borrower Authorization shall remain in full force and effect unless and until Lender has received from the Borrower and acknowledged in writing an amendment or replacement of such authorization.

Examples of Borrower Authorization in a sentence

  • The Borrower hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent to disburse any portion of the Loan made by the Lenders or any of their Affiliates pursuant to the Loan Documents as requested by an authorized representative of the Borrower to any of the accounts designated in the Borrower Authorization Forms delivered to Administrative Agent in connection herewith.

  • This Borrower Authorization is valid until revoked in writing by the undersigned, or until the loan issued in connection with this Application has been paid in full.

  • This Borrower Authorization form will allow Arvest or its authorized representative to share information about your loan account with third parties.

  • The Borrower Authorization together with certificates evidencing the good standing of Borrower, the due authorization and proper licensure of Borrower to enter into the Loan Documents and to engage in the business of origination of Mortgage Loans in all jurisdictions in which it engages in such business.

Related to Borrower Authorization

  • Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.

  • ACH Authorization means the ACH Debit Authorization Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit H.

  • Sell Authorization means that Partner needs to meet specific training and qualification requirements for the products included in an “On Premise” Product Family that Partner wants to resell as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the applicable RSPI.
