The Borrower hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent to disburse any portion of the Loan made by the Lenders or any of their Affiliates pursuant to the Loan Documents as requested by an authorized representative of the Borrower to any of the accounts designated in the Borrower Authorization Forms delivered to Administrative Agent in connection herewith.
This Borrower Authorization is valid until revoked in writing by the undersigned, or until the loan issued in connection with this Application has been paid in full.
This Borrower Authorization form will allow Arvest or its authorized representative to share information about your loan account with third parties.
