Borrow Up definition

Borrow Up has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c)(2)(B) (Future Advances).

Examples of Borrow Up in a sentence

  • Borrower shall pay all reasonable costs related to such Future Advance requested under this Section 2.06 (whether or not such Future Advance is actually made), including but not limited to Appraisal costs, environmental site assessment costs, physical needs assessment costs, Lender’s nonrefundable due diligence fee of $5,000 payable at the time a Request for a Future Advance is made, a Borrow Up Fee, all legal fees incurred by Lender and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ in connection with such proposed Future Advance.

  • Lender is not committing in this Master Agreement to make a Future Advance and any Future Advance will be at the option of Lender except for a Borrow Up provided in the proviso of Section 2.02(c)(2)(B) (Future Advances) below, subject to the requirements of such proviso and this Master Agreement.

  • In connection with all Collateral Events (including any Borrow Up) occurring after the First Anniversary, Lender shall redetermine Allocable Facility Amounts and Valuations upon receipt of a Request for a Collateral Event and immediately upon closing such Collateral Event, in each case to take account of such Collateral Event.

  • Borrower shall pay all reasonable costs related to such Additional Loan requested under this Section 1.01(c) (whether or not such Additional Loan is actually made), Lender’s nonrefundable due diligence fee of $7,000 payable at the time the Request for such Additional Loan is made, a Borrow Up Fee payable at the closing of the Additional Loan and all legal fees incurred by Lender and F▇▇▇▇▇ M▇▇ in connection with such proposed Additional Loan.

  • Such Borrow Up shall be made during the period beginning on the First Anniversary and ending on the Fifth Anniversary, but not more than two (2) times per Facility Year.

Related to Borrow Up

  • Borrow pit means an excavation site outside the limits of construction to provide material necessary to that construction, such as fill material for the embankments.

  • Borrow each mean a borrowing of Loans hereunder.

  • Committed Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Committed Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01.

  • Bid Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Bid Loans of the same Type from each of the Lenders whose offer to make one or more Bid Loans as part of such borrowing has been accepted under the auction bidding procedures described in Section 2.03.

  • Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.
