BOP Project definition

BOP Project means the installation of electrical, mechanical, and miscellaneous civil/structural work required to complete construction of the generating station and spillway and other related facilities at the Work Site.

  • The Parties recognize that variations in the scheduling of the work week, reporting for work or returning from work, rest breaks, meal breaks and start and finish times may be appropriate from time to time, and that it may be appropriate that such variations affect all or only a portion of the BOP Project.
