BOP List definition
BOP List means any list required to be furnished by BOP to GBB herewith.
Examples of BOP List in a sentence
BOP does not have any liabilities or ----------------------- obligations, either accrued or contingent, that are material to BOP and that have not been: (a) reflected or disclosed in the Financial Statements of BOP; (b) incurred subsequent to December 31, 1999 in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practices; or (c) disclosed in a list furnished by BOP to GBB (the "Undisclosed Liabilities List") or on any other BOP List.
