The Institution is expected to provide continuing education of the refund disbursement services to students and staff by providing materials around the campus with posters, brochures and flyers in places that students will see them like Student Unions, Bookstores, Dining Halls, Residence Dorms, Business Offices, Financial Aid Offices, Admissions Offices and other select locations.
College of the Sequoias shall be responsible for remedying promptly any health or environmental problem at the Bookstores, other than those caused by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ College, and notifying ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ College accordingly.
During peak “rush” periods, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ College shall utilize sufficient additional employees at the Bookstores to avoid unnecessary lines and to expedite making educational materials available to students.
Such services will include the development of course packs for faculty members, securing the appropriate copyright clearances, printing and binding of course packs and distribution and sale of the course packs in the Bookstores.
Diamond may withhold, from amounts otherwise due with respect to sales of Publisher Books to Bookstores made in each of the three (3) full calendar months immediately preceding the effective date of termination or expiration, a percentage of such amounts otherwise due, such percentage to serve as a reserve for returns (the “Return Reserve”) that Diamond may receive from Bookstores during the Returns Period.
This Agreement shall govern the relationship between College of the Sequoias and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ College with regard to the Bookstores for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2023 and from year to year thereafter.
The Bookstores will issue refunds in the original form of payment for textbooks and required course materials purchased at the Bookstores if returned in the original condition, with an original receipt and within the first week of classes.
To the best of its knowledge, College of the Sequoias is not aware of any health or environmental problems which currently exist or are likely to develop in the buildings or physical facilities which house the Bookstores.
Net priced books are defined as books purchased from publishers that do not have a publisher's suggested list price or when the publisher's discount to the Bookstores is less than 20%.
