Booking Time definition

Booking Time. The time at which a guest books their reservation. Gathering: Any occurrence (including but not limited to such things as a meeting, couple rendezvous, group get-together, family reunion, wedding, workshop, party, etc.) when 2 or more rooms are booked by related or unrelated persons who intend to meet at Talus Rock Retreat. Event: Any group activity planned for a specific purpose such as a ceremony, class, reception dinner, etc.

Examples of Booking Time in a sentence

  • The Cleaning Service Provider confirms that they accept and are able to comply with the Booking Request, including the provision of the Booked Services at the Scheduled Booking Time and Booked Service Location.

  • All writing or drawing done by the License Holder or their Attendees must be removed at the end of each Booking Time.

  • A Booking is confirmed at the date and time when a Booking Confirmation is sent to the Guest, and this is the Booking Time for the purposes of applying and interpreting the applicable Cancellation Policy.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, if Client does not provide the requisite Cancellation Notice to Agency, Client shall directly pay the booked Candidate a cancellation fee in an amount equal to the applicable hourly rate for the booked Candidate multiplied by the Minimum Booking Time.

  • If the Arrival Date is more than thirty (30) days after the Booking Time, then 50% of the Accommodation Fee is due to be paid by the Guests to the Host within 24-hours of the Booking Time, with the remaining 50% of the Accommodation Fee, the Cleaning Fee, the Security Deposit, and all applicable taxes due to be paid by the Guests to the Host no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Arrival Date.

  • A refundable $1,000 security deposit is required and is to be paid in full as collateral towards but not limited to any damages, fines, fees and/or legal expenses by 60 days from check-in date, or immediately if Booking Time is within 60 days of Check-in Time.

  • If the Arrival Date is within thirty (30) days of the Booking Time, then payment of all fees and taxes for the Reservation set out in this paragraph three (3) are due to be paid by the Guests to the Host within 24-hours of the Booking Time.
