Booking Order definition

Booking Order means your order for a Booking more particularly described in Condition 2.1;
Booking Order means the confirmation document for the purchase of goods prepared by Vitrum and provided to the Buyer.
Booking Order means the document containing the agreed schedule for placement of your Advertisements and other details; Business Day is a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Sydney, New South Wales;

  • We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain CPM within a 10% tolerance of the CPM specified in the Booking Order.

  • Any notice must be in writing to the address of the addressee as stated in the Booking Order.

  • If you elect to have your Cargo picked up, we will contact you within 48 hours of accepting a Booking Order to provide an estimate of our fee to pick up your Cargo (the “Collection Fee Estimate”).

  • We will provide an estimate of the end-to-end freight fee, and if elected, customs clearance fee, or palletization and loading fee, for a shipment based on the information provided in the Booking Order (the “Preliminary Estimate”).

  • At no time may the value of the Booking Order be changed by virtue of quantity reductions, substitutions or item cancellation, so as to reduce the overall value more than 10% (ten percent) of the original submitted value.

  • If no Fees are specified in the Booking Order the charges for our Services will be as set out in our current Rate Card at the time of our acceptance of the Order.


More Definitions of Booking Order

Booking Order means the order drawn up by AVT setting out the services to be provided to the Client;

Related to Booking Order

  • Financing Order means an order of the commission adopted in accordance with 69-8-503 that authorizes the imposition and collection of fixed transition amounts and the issuance of transition bonds.
