Booking Enquiry definition

Booking Enquiry means the offer to hire the Holiday Accommodation made by the Hirer;
Booking Enquiry means the request by the Client for the Company to provide facilities and/or services as described in the Proposal;
Booking Enquiry means the online enquiry submitted to Te Papa in respect of hiring the Venue for the Event;

  • The Hirer will supply the Venue Operator with the relevant certification required or the Venue Operator will supply the Hirer with an Event Booking Enquiry Form for an Exclusive Provider.

  • We shall not be liable for any differences between the Holiday Accommodation and its description on the Website, or any changes made to the Holiday Accommodation by the Owner after the date of the Booking Enquiry.

  • If any information given is deliberately or recklessly inaccurate or untrue and because of this, affects Your ability to occupy the Holiday Accommodation, the Booking Enquiry and Hire period shall be cancelled with immediate effect, and You (and anybody within the Group) shall not be entitled to a refund or any compensation for any reason.


More Definitions of Booking Enquiry

Booking Enquiry. [ies]” means a request made by a Client and received by the Agent with regards to the possible Reservation of a Serviced Apartment;
