Booking Charges definition

Booking Charges means the amounts payable by Distributor to ZUMATA for all bookings made from the Inventory, which shall include but not be limited to, Rates, any Mandatory Fees, applicable Taxes, any penalties, administrative charges or fees relating to such bookings arising from any cancellations or amendments, and any other fees or charges which may be applicable, both for consumed bookings and bookings which have not been consumed.

Examples of Booking Charges in a sentence

  • VAT must be paid with the Booking Charges to complete the booking process.

  • If Homeowner should decide to refund all or part of the monies paid, Agent shall deduct a service charge of 10% of the total Booking Charges.

  • The remaining balance of the Booking Charges (the “Remaining Balance”) shall be due thirty (30) days prior to the Check-in Date.

  • The acceptance by the Host of arrears of Booking Charges or compensation for use or occupation of the Accommodation after notice of termination of the Agreement has been given shall not operate as a waiver of the notice or as a reinstatement of the Agreement or as a creation of a new lease unless the parties so agree.

  • Tenant shall pay an initial non-refundable down payment in the amount of $1000 of the total Booking Charges at the time of booking (the “Initial Down Payment”) to hold this booking.

  • If Guest’s reservation is made thirty (30) days in advance of the Check-in Date or less, the Booking Charges shall be paid in full via Major Credit Card and the security deposit to be paid by check.

  • ZUMATA will charge a credit card number provided by Distributor for the Booking Charges for each room reservation sold by Distributor at the time of reservation or cancellation, as the case may be.

  • In no event will Guest be given access to the Premises until the Booking Charges are paid in full and cleared by Agent’s banking institution (and the full Security Deposit is received).

  • The total of the security deposit shall secure compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and shall be refunded to Guest within a maximum of 14 days, or less as per Online Booking Services Terms after the Accommodation have been completely vacated less any amount necessary to pay Host for; a) any unpaid Booking Charges, b) key or fob replacement costs, c) cost for repair of damages to premises and/or common areas above ordinary wear and tear, d) late fee, and e) any other amount.
