Bookable Time definition

Bookable Time means the time allocated to the Customer for Support Services as specified by the Service Level Agreement Option. The increments of time are allocated as follows: 1.18.1 For Onsite support, time will be allocated in 30 (thirty) minute increments. For each support call, any amount of support provided which is between 1 (one) and 30 (thirty) minutes in duration, counts as a 30 (thirty) minute increment. 1.18.1 For Remote support, time will be allocated in 15 (fifteen) minute increments. For each support call, any amount of support provided which is between 1 (one) and 15 (fifteen) minutes in duration, counts as a 15 (fifteen) minute increment.

Examples of Bookable Time in a sentence

  • Holidays, league fees, and special events are excluded from the permissible Bookable Time.

  • X-Golf does not guarantee that Member will be able to book the use of a simulator at the Premises during the Bookable Time according to Member’s schedule.

  • Member will be provided with a fifteen percent (15%) discount for any simulator bookings outside of Bookable Time or for additional bookings once Member has utilized all of Member’s hours for a given month within the Bookable Time.

  • Member may rent golf clubs from X-Golf for Member’s own use at no charge during any booking made during Bookable Time within the scope of Section 1.1.

  • Member may bring up to three (3) guests to participate with Member at the Premises at no charge during any booking made during Bookable Time.

  • Member may bring up to three (3) guests to participate with Member at the Premises at a rate of $15 per guest per hour during any booking made during Bookable Time as defined within the scope of Section 1.1.

  • Member may bring up to three (3) guests to participate with Member at the Premises at no charge during any booking made during Bookable Time as defined within the scope of Section 1.1. Additional guests will be charged at a rate of $15 per hour.

Related to Bookable Time

  • Double time means twice the straight-time rate.

  • Applicable Time means, with respect to any borrowings and payments in any Alternative Currency, the local time in the place of settlement for such Alternative Currency as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the applicable L/C Issuer, as the case may be, to be necessary for timely settlement on the relevant date in accordance with normal banking procedures in the place of payment.

  • Applicable Timetable means, in respect of any day, that part of the Working Timetable in respect of that day which is required to be drawn up in accordance with Condition D2.1.1 of the Network Code as at 22:00 hours on the day prior to that day; "Bi-annual Timetable" means either of the following:
