Matter of the Agreement The Project Company hereby undertakes to implement the Project, including to design, finance, acquire, construct, complete, test and commission the Combined Cycle Thermal Power Plant (CCTPP) with the installed capacity of 350-430 MW and to own, operate, and maintain the Plant, on a BOO basis, in each case, in accordance with the Applicable Law and this Agreement.
