Examples of Bonused Employees in a sentence

  • No later than such date that is five business days prior to the Closing Date, or such earlier date as may be required to permit the Company to comply with the requirements of the WARN Act and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations, the Buyer shall deliver to the Company, in writing, a list of such Bonused Employees that Buyer desires to retain subsequent to Closing (the "Retained Employees").
