  • Any queries should be made within 10 days from the issuing date of the statements, failing, which the Bonus Statement is deemed correct.

  • If the Company does not receive a Stock Bonus Dispute Notice from Executive within the Stock Bonus Notice Period, Executive shall be conclusively presumed to agree with the Stock Bonus Statement and the Company shall promptly issue the Stock Bonus shown to be due on the Stock Bonus Statement to Executive pursuant to Section 3.6.3 below.

  • If Employee does not deliver such notice to the Company, or provides notice that it has no objections to the Bonus Statement, then the amounts set forth on the Bonus Statement will be considered final and will be conclusive and binding on the Parties.

  • PlayCore Wisconsin, within 15 days after the delivery of its audited financial statements shall deliver to the Executive a statement ("Bonus Statement"), prepared by PlayCore Wisconsin's internal accounting staff and reviewed by PlayCore Wisconsin's regularly employed accountants, setting forth the applicable EBITDA calculations or other relevant financial performance criteria and the resulting Incentive Bonus calculations, if any.

  • Within thirty (30) days following the second anniversary of the Effective Date, the Company shall deliver to the Employee a report (the "Synergy Bonus Statement") calculating the amount of the Synergy Bonus.

  • The Incentive Bonus will be paid within thirty (30) days after delivery to the Executive of the applicable Bonus Statement.

  • The parties shall attempt in good faith to reach agreement resolving all of the disputes set forth in the Dispute Notice within 15 days after the Dispute Notice is received by the Company, in which event the Annual Bonus Statement, as amended to the extent necessary to reflect the resolution of all such disputes, shall be conclusive and binding on the parties.
