Bonus Release Form definition
Bonus Release Form means with respect to each employee of the Company set forth on Exhibit 2.11 entitled to a bonus under the Bonus Plan, a release, in the form of Exhibit 1-2, by each such employee releasing Company from any claims that such employee may have against the Company.
Examples of Bonus Release Form in a sentence
Upon delivery to Company of a completed and validly executed Bonus Release Form by an employee of the Company set forth on Exhibit 2.11 hereto, Company shall deliver the Bonus Amount to such employee of the Company in accordance with the Bonus Plan and Exhibit 2.11 hereto.
On or immediately following the Closing Date, Company shall mail or deliver to each employee of the Company set forth on Exhibit 2.11 hereto a Bonus Release Form.
